Lights over Howth Sound

Howth Coast Guard were tasked last night by Dublin MRCC at 21.30 to a report of lights in the sky drifting towards Ireland's Eye. Volunteers who were in the harbour area at the time investigated the sighting but could not find anything. Visability was good at the scene and it was suspected that the lights were Chinese lanterns. The team was stood down at 21.55
