Busy Day for Howth CG Car Wash

Thanks to all who came and supported the Howth Coast Guard car wash at the station yesterday. In all €1600 was raised and it will go towards funding Coast Guard volunteer Kieran’s trip to Haiti to assist in rebuilding homes destroyed by the January earthquake.

Today started early for the volunteers in Howth with a pre-arranged exercise at 09.30 with Coast Guard Helicopter ‘Mike Echo Sierra’. Missing Swimmer’s Body Recovered from Portmarnock Beach
