Howth Coast Guard were alerted this morning at 0233 to a report from Gardai of a person entering the water at Broadmeadows estuary in Malahide. As the team were assembling at the station a call came through from Dublin Coast Guard MRCC that the Gardai had recovered the person so the team were stood down.

Last night at 21.25 Howth CG were alerted to go to assistance of persons in water on Portmarnock beach. While the team were assembling at the station the unit received a call from Dublin MRCC that the persons had removed themselves and the unit were stood down.
