Howth CG were tasked last night at 21.25 to a report of beach walkers stranded by the tide at the entrance to Malahide Estuary. Two volunteers went quickly to the scene and confirmed that the walkers were beach anglers well used to the area just finishing up for the night and were not requiring any assistance. Howth informed Dublin MRCC and were stood down at 22.00.
