Flare sighted off Howth Harbour

Last night at 23.15 Howth Coast Guard unit were tasked to investigate a report of a flare sighted off the East side of Howth Harbour. Conditions and visibility were good and after the area was searched and nothing found the team were stood down at 23.50.

Man Collapsed on Bull Wall

While on patrol in Dublin Bay on Tuesday afternoon, the HCG boat “Grainne” was tasked to assist with a gentleman who had collapsed on the Bull Wall Clontarf.
