Howth Coast Guard would like to remind those taking to the water in the current good weather of their obligation to wear the appropriate personal flotation device. Howth CG boat was out yesterday and many on the water had to be reminded of the current regulations.
Speeding in enclosed waters and close to other water users was also a problem noticed by the CG boat crew.
