The fishing vessel ‘Skomer’ sank at the west pier wall in Howth Harbour last night. She is a 9mt razor fishing boat. Nobody was on board at the time. The Harbourmaster is coordinating the refloating of the vessel with the owner and The Irish Coast Guard is monitoring the vessel for pollution contamination.
